They are channeling bursts of colors and notes to wake us up from the commercials of life that we’ve been forced to fuckin’ put on and numb because of the continual onslaught of violence that permeates our brain waves, ad nauseam.

Let’s be real… There’s a darkness inside all of us. We’ve all been the hopeful, optimistic child who’s light got tempered or downright blown out through shadows and trauma.

That’s the insane complexity of the human experience. The polarity. The contrast. The divide. The asymmetrical balance that constantly switches from left and right. 

How do we cultivate our light? Maintain our humanity in the incessant waves of fear?

Find the folks who want to mend our hearts.

This can be found in the everyday.  

The community who shows up and supports.

Pouring their soul.

Reflecting what is GOOD in humanity.

Let them be a mirror for the REAL shit that lives inside you.

Let them Spark you to repossess the flame of imagination. 

• The person who always smiles as they pass by you at the gym

• The cashier that asks you how you’re really doing

• The woman who stops to take photos of the flowers on her walk

• The cafe owner who throws an extra cookie in your order

• The co-worker who keeps the energy alive in the Zoom meetings

• The friend who sends you those memes that just GET YOUUUU

Let these lovable characters breathe into your fire.

To remember what's still alive in you.

Redirect the fear. Flip the script. Give attention to the nuggets of beauty in the everyday.

When you’re attuned to the love, the examples go on and on and on...

It’s easy to medicate and numb...

Turn on the static and let our brains be dumb..

But if you look around… you can come back to your heart. You can FEEL why you are alive.  

Who knows what you are sparking in others.
